The images are to be used for personal use only including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. Web publishing requires some form of credit given to Molli Harvey Photography. Your license does not include use which results in financial gain including but not limited to: advertising, stock photography, print sales, or resale of any nature.

Molli Harvey Photography is not liable for any color defects whether printed at home or professionally. With this license and the purchase of the original files it releases Molli Harvey Photography from any liability due to loss or damage to the digital files.

You hereby grant Molli Harvey Photography the right to use images taken at your photography session to promote it’s service including but not limited to: portfolio, web site, display, advertisement, and editorial use.

Molli Harvey Photography retains all copyrights to the images. By using any of these images, you are agreeing to the above terms.
